- Stop drinking Soda / Soft Drinks.
- Stop drinking Alcohol.
- Stop eating potato chips, candy, ice cream, pop corn, cookies, cakes and other bakery stuff.
- Reduce Salt and Sugar intake.
- No Fried Foods.
- No Fast Foods.
- No Chewing gums, toffees, Sweets.
- No Canned Fruits with added Sugar.
- No Buttered or Flavored Pop corns (Only Plain Pop corns).
- No Deserts of any kind.
- No PEPSI, Coke, Dew or other Soda Pops.

Say no to Junk Food.. I mean it.
Introduction
Hey fellas!
I'm Raheel involved in the Weight Loss and Diet Game for around 8 years. Learned a lot and may be this is the time to give it back to the community. Basically I'm related to Software Project Management but working on an ongoing gigantic Health and Fitness Online Project from the very start gave me the opportunity to work very closely with Professional Dieticians, Nutritionists and Physical Fitness Trainers and understand exactly how the Weight Loss thing works.
I'll start posting some good stuff on this blog and hope to change at least a few people's lifestyle.
