- Stop drinking Soda / Soft Drinks.
- Stop drinking Alcohol.
- Stop eating potato chips, candy, ice cream, pop corn, cookies, cakes and other bakery stuff.
- Reduce Salt and Sugar intake.
- No Fried Foods.
- No Fast Foods.
- No Chewing gums, toffees, Sweets.
- No Canned Fruits with added Sugar.
- No Buttered or Flavored Pop corns (Only Plain Pop corns).
- No Deserts of any kind.
- No PEPSI, Coke, Dew or other Soda Pops.
