Say no to Junk Food.. I mean it.



  • Stop drinking Soda / Soft Drinks.
  • Stop drinking Alcohol.
  • Stop eating potato chips, candy, ice cream, pop corn, cookies, cakes and other bakery stuff.
  • Reduce Salt and Sugar intake.
  • No Fried Foods.
  • No Fast Foods.
  • No Chewing gums, toffees, Sweets.
  • No Canned Fruits with added Sugar.
  • No Buttered or Flavored Pop corns (Only Plain Pop corns).
  • No  Deserts of any kind.
  • No PEPSI, Coke, Dew or other Soda Pops.
